Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any purchase of a Colton Shuell Service or Product, made before July 1st, 2017, is subject to a 30-day refund policy. If this applies to you, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Screenshot of your purchase showing:
    1. The amount you paid
    2. The date of purchase
  2. An explanation as to why you are requesting a refund
     

Any and all purchases made as of July 1st, 2017 are subject to the following product refund and cancellation policy. Each product has a 45-day refund window, but requires specific tasks to be accomplished before submitting a request for refund. Please read the information below: 

*Note - Our refund and cancellation policies (for any purchase made on or after July 1st, 2017) are action-based. We know our courses can lead to financial success, but only if you actually put in the effort and give our courses a fair try. You must email us the following information before a refund can be processed. All refunds MUST be processed within 45 days of purchase.  

If you wish for a refund on:

  1. The Alibaba course  
    1. Watch and complete all Alibaba videos
    2. Submit screenshot of product purchase/invoice
    3. The niche market you selected
    4. A list of 2 products you were interested in importing
    5. A message sent to an Alibaba supplier attempting to negotiate price
  2. Amazon FBA
    1. Watch and complete all Amazon FBA videos 
    2. Submit screenshot of product purchase/invoice
    3. A list of 3 products that you were thinking about selling 
    4. The business name you created
    5. The site you were using to source your products
  3. Shopify
    1. Watch and complete all Shopify videos
    2. Submit screenshot of product purchase/invoice
    3. A list of 3 products you were thinking about selling
    4. The niche market you selected
    5. The name of the "store theme" you selected when opening your Shopify store
  4. Drop Shipping
    1. Watch and complete all Drop Shipping videos
    2. Submit screenshot of product purchase/invoice
    3. A list of 3 products you were thinking about drop shipping
    4. A list of sites you were looking at to source your products
  5. AliExpress  
    1. Watch and complete all AliExpress videos
    2. Submit screenshot of product purchase/invoice
    3. A screenshot of your account on AliExpress

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the above requested information. If you are ineligible for a refund, due to the above conditions, you can still reach out to us. Any refund or partial refund, given to those customers deemed "ineligible" for a refund, is given based on our sole discretion.  

We are not responsible or liable for any refund amount due to technical problems with your computer. These technical problems include, but are not limited to: problems with internet connectivity, lost passwords associated with your personal email accounts, printer malfunction, or the inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
